Default Black gas, and car cuts out possibly fuel pump?

I made a post a few days ago about how when im driving and i give gas my car just chokes a little like its stuttering and cant go, but when i floor it the car goes. So i did a tune up today, changed my MAF sensor, engine coolant sensor, and fuel filter, and my gas mileage is still the same pretty much. The car has no boost or vaccum leaks and it holds air great, im guessing its the fuel pump causing it..because this is the original fuel filter..11 years old..the gas that came out of the fuel filter is literally black.. so do you guys think its the fuel filter thats causing my horrible gas mileage and lack of power? Im going to test the fuel pump in a few days to double check.

Looks like something got in your gas tank... that doesnt look good at all... but if you say black smoke comes out then that means you're running rich (too much gas in the engine). i would definitely clean out ur gas tank and clean the sock on your fuel pump... but man how could something like this happen lol

no i have no smoke anywhere lol, im gonna try some injector cleaner and check my fuel pump. This is what happens when someone literally does no maintnince on a car. Its getting pretty damn irritating getting 15 mpg and having my engine stutter, especially when its not throwing any codes.

If it makes you feel any better, that's about the same consistency of crap that came out of my fuel filter when I changed it last year and my car runs fine. I'm sure it wasn't helping your gas mileage but I would still check the pump to be sure.
