don't put a "body kit" on your audi

Audi was great enough to bless our cars with a great stock appearance. They even made other stock parts interchangeable so that you wouldn't have to buy a body kit. RS4, S4, painting stock lowers....

That would require a large amount of custom body work and/or a new/custom hood and/or altering the body kit. Think you're up fer it?

stock lowers are what's already on your car, the black textured plastic mouldings that are attached to the lower part of the doors. I'm assuming he was also talking about the front and rear valences. A lot of guys will choose to paint those body colored like they did with the S4's, rather than tear them off and replace them. Lemme see if I can find a coupla pictures to show you the difference.

Im thinking of getting the same kit. You will have to modify the hood to get it to fit. If your going to have a body shop install it, they can mod it pretty quickly. The fun part of owning and modifying any car is to make it your own. I even give resspect to the kids with the crappy ricer cars that look like the walmart auto department took a dump on them. They are making them there own. The Regula-Tuning kits are imho the best looking kits for the B5. Where are you looking to order from?

I somewhat agree with you wiggins. I used to hate on them, but then I bought my car and started "modding" it and making it my own. Now I have some respect for other car mod people, even if they drive a **** box. It's the attitudes of some of these people that I don't like... and their taste.

everyone has their own tastes, why **** on other people for expressing themselves? They say that, your car is a extension of yourself, people being individuals, their cars brand, model and make and taste on how they "mod"them will vary a great deal from person to person. I always say,if i see a car that's modded and go..wow! that looks awesome but at the same time, say that isn't me but i can look at it and enjoy someone elses creativity.
