Brake Light Help!

its sylvannia bulb number 2821... this happened to me last weekend too haha.... i still have the extra bulb in my car thats how i know what bulb to get....

but when u take off the plastic housing... u will see a wire connected directly to the tail light itself... when u remove that lil light its a small *** light... hopefully thats the one that doesnt work... i think thats whay obnoxious is talking about too

thanks a lot guys I appreciate all your help and time. it was a dam blown fuse .. number 22 5 amps.. but i'll keep all the info you guys gave me for future knowlege

It's the same as the sidemarkers too. I replaced my sidemarkers with amber bulbs when I switched to the clear housing and kept the bulbs in my center console. One night the same thing happened to me, so when I took the little guy out I remembered the sidemarker bulb and figured they were roughly the same size. Lo and behold they're the same bulb. Switched them and was good to go.
