Poor kid, I'm imaging he was really frustrated from the events that had occurred and was trying to Vent here a bit. Although, he must of expected you guys to be really heart warming, which turned out to be quite the opposite XD

that is the thing with buying things online and getting warranty claim. you won't be able to get it immediately because they usually want the stuff back even if it's bad. that's how they get warranty from the manufacturer.

i understand your frustration for the part failing way before it was supposed to but you can't call blauparts a bad company for this reason. if they had ignored you and didn't answer you i would understand but the procedure they are having you go through is the norm for industry standards.

we understand your anger towards the part failing but blauparts is not a bad company. most of their parts and kits are a great deal and they sell just about all the maintenance products an audi could ever need. and no i do not have stock with them or hold any part of the company in my ownership. i'm just acting as the guardian angel of the interwebz
