So I noticed even before I put on the mbc that the car feels like it has light bursts of power while I step on the gas. It is not too noticable but I still want to know why it happens. I dont have a boost leak and my spark plugs seem to be fine, they are NGK with .28 gaps but I did not change them yet. The only thing I can think of is something with the fuel injection.

 

it sounds like surging. mine does it too but its cause of the tune.

 

But I have stock ecu and it did it on stock boost, so what could be causing it?

 

did you gap them yourself, or did they come pregapped?

 

They were already on the car when I bought it but I checked the gapping and its .28

 

try seafoaming the fuelsystem

 

Can you describe what your boost gauge shows???

 

Well it did this even before I put my mbc on and it would hold 9psi after 2nd gear so im sure I dont have any boost leaks. Right now its at 17psi though.
