Ooh, that's a sucky one. I've seen a few burnt-up relay panels from a bad seal in or around the ECM water box.

 

where the hood cable is, iis where you have the leak cause thats where i ran my boost line and thats where it was leaking from and i sealed it and now its dry

 

i think it's your amp cable too. i'd rerun it from the gromet on the ecu box. if you take off your kneebolster and ecu cover, you'll be able to see light coming through from inside. like johnny said check that for leaks first too. that's what i did and i ran 10 gauge wire and it works like a charm.
