Just stopped at Auto Zone (again). Ran diagnostics and the code PO444 came up. Control system purge valve open "c".

Anyone know how to dissect the lingo? Is the purge valve the same as the diverter valve? When they looked up the part, it didn't exist.

yea no ****... i went in the other day (not knowing of this new wonderful law yet) an asked if i could use the obd2 scanner to see what is wrong with my car.. and they said no.. i of course asked why... and he proceeded to tell me of the wonderful law that passed.. and i proceeded to tell him i think hes an idiot or nt letting me use it... cuz im trying to buy parts from his store and he would rather tell me no and spend money on a scanner or shop to do it.. which would have been money for his business... what a D bag lol
