Default CEL on - read sticky, changed ICM and coil packs, what else?

originally, i had the probelm of misfiring as per the code reader on cylinder 1, changed the coil pack and also changed the ICM.

it fixed the problem, it was driving fine for a couple days.

i go on vacation for 5 days, didnt start the car since and now i am getting a misfire on cylinder 3.

i have since changed the coil pack on cylinder 3 and still am getting the same problem (CEL blinking and rough idle)

what else?

i also noticed that the engine temp seems to be off but am not sure if that is related.

something else worth noting, i was on the road and i ran over some flying road debris (unavoidable) went through the underside of my car and may have hit something that would trigger this?!

your thoughts?

the road debris could have hit the lower intake hose that connects the turbo to the cross pipe on the bottom of the radiator. check to see there isnt any leaks around there. if it isnt a leak i would be looking at the MAF sensor for unexplained random misfires. if its the original MAF i would replace it now anyways.
