Central Locking Pump HELP!!!
 

Ok so here is the issue. My car wont start and I think its the central locking pump. A few months ago I took it out so I could drain the water inside the trunk. I put everything back together and the car wouldnt start......I waited like a day moved things around reconnected the wire harnesses and Thank God it worked.

Well a few months later (Smart Me) decides that I am selling my car so I should clean everything up. So I move the central locking pump and again my car will not turn over.

My question is I probably need to replace it but will any central locking pump work? I mean does it have to be the exact one or could I get a replacement from an older vehicle.

Also if I replace the whole unti (which I think I should) am I going to have to reprogram the thing, is there a DIY on how to do this?

I am freaking out and any help wold be amazing. Of course if you want to buy the car off of me and fix it yourself I am down.
