1999 Audi A4 Quattro V6
I have one of two problems.

1. My check engine light is solid. And if i accelerate fast or put my toe into it my car starts to sputter. Im wondering if this is so because of the headgasket?

2. My Brake light is also flashing. I recently changed my rotars thinking this was the problem, but problem is still there. I am going to take it into the shop as soon as I get back to the states, but im in Iraq right now for 3 more months contemplating this delema.

seeing as in how you're in iraq.. if the car is registered and all then have someone take it to Advance Auto or something like it in your area, they'll be able to hook up an obd tool and check what codes its giving and you can take it from there.

1) As said, the first step is to have it scanned for codes.

2) Your brake fluid is probably low, check the reservoir.
