Cool MOD for VAG-COM users
This may be something everyonealready knows about but it is possible to programyourECU to lock doors by itself at 15 mph. You can also use VAG-COM touse the remote itself to close or open the windows.(I do not mean closing them by putting the key into thedoor and turning) I think thewindow controlling with remotething is a really cool feature that isn't activated on our cars.
Anyway
1.) Open VAG and click on35-central locks
2.)Look at thenumber insoft coding at the top left. It should be something like 16140 or so
3.)Click on [recode]
4.) If you want to control your windows with your remote, add 64 to the number displayed in soft coding If your doors don't lock automatically at 15 mph and you want them to. Also add 32 to the number next to software coding
5.) Click [Do It!]
I apologize ifa lot ofalready now about this and I wasted a thread.

You mean if I want to enable Auto Central Lock:
I set the soft. coding to : 1614032 (add 32 after 16140) ?
or 16172 (16140+32=16172) ?
