Default coolant leak from headers to turbo

I just noticed today that, whitch looks like coolant, is spritzing out where the headers and the turbo are connected when i turn the car on from a cold start. It makes a sputtering sound and blows white smoke out for about 30 seconds and then it stops and runs fine. It only does it when it hasnt been ran for a couple hours. What could be the cause of this. Is it a gasket and would it be a hard and costly fix? I get the low coolant warning about every week and a half and i have to keep refilling it bc it overheats if i dont

Do a compression test to make sure its not the head gasket.
