Default Crank position sensor

I'm trying to remove and test mine. I have the front end torn off again (lol I'm a ****** pro at that now btw) and the harness off it, as well as the ground behind the crank pulley.

Question, how is it removed? I see one large nut at the base of it and I believe there's an allen (correct me if im wrong) key on the back of the sensor, which (if any) combination of these enables the sensor to be removed?

Also if anyone has any advice as far as how to test the sensor with the good ol multimeter, I would appreciate that as well!

AMERICA!!!

Somebody's gotta know, My searches told me this is a common enough repair - just not how to get the little guy out..

If it is anything like the 1.8 crankshaft sensor (which I'm pretty sure it is since I believe the 4 & 6 cylinder engines both use the same sensor), it is held on by just one 5mm hex head bolt. It will take a little bit of turning and pulling to get it off b/c there is an o-ring around it.
