You'd need a hybrid valve that recirculates some of the air and purges some. Running a full blowoff is not advised - the rich spikes will end up destroying your cats.

If you're expecting sound similar to Evos, STi's, or even Toyota Supras - you'd be disappointed. After an intake, it would be more audible but it will not make a BOV sound.

I have the Forge Splitter and im very satisfied. Even without a cold air intake it was pretty loud.
Edit: and im not even chipped so its around 9 psi.

You will hear more of the BPV because the stock air box is designed to reduce the sound coming back out of the intake.

If you want more sound then get a hybrid valve, it will let you set how much air is sent thru the BOV part of the valve. You can get this type of valve from GFB or Forge.

GFB Hybrid. This one you can not adjust how much goes out each side.

GFB FX Stealth

They even seem to have one now that you can control from the cabin.

Forge Splitter(basically a copy of the GFB)
