Door Pin Bushing
 

Is there a specific door pin bushing needed for the lower front door hinge? Or will any generic bushing work fine?

Come on guys, I realize this isn't as glamorous as big turbos or giant brakes, but I'd really like to get my door fixed and I can't find info on this anywhere :(

order a new hinge or go to the yard and get one or get one from a part out

Are you saying there's NO replaceable bushing?!?

I'm saying for $10 you can go buy a no sagging hinge

I've already been to all the local scrap yards and haven't been able to find any hinge that's in better shape.

New hinge is $110!

What a miserable design...

my hinges are fine? every junkyard hint i have open has been fine. go to the classifieds and pm someone parting their car out i bet their hinges are fine

There aren't that many B5 A4's at our local junk yards. Most of them are on the road.

I still would've preferred a $2 bushing replacement... maybe I'll buy a hinge and drill it out for a standard-sized bushing instead.

edit: no B5 front lower left door hinge on eBay :(
