Default E3 Plugs

I am looking to upgrade to E3 spark plugs in my 96. Has anyone used them yet? and what is the best wire combination to use with these plugs?

I've heard they're pretty awesome actually. Horsepower TV actually showed proven gains with them and as far as plug wires are concerned Borg-Warner Selects are pretty decent. They're about $150 from Pep Boys, but they might be a little cheaper if you have a 1.8T. What ever do don't ever go with Pulstars. I've heard the resistance can cause coilpacks to blow up.

Let us know how they work, I have the 2.8 as well and have a plug change coming up and have eyeballed the E3's for a while now so if the results are decent, I might just have to try them out.
