i had the same problem, it was an impulse sensor. I have one at the shop brand new, it will *** up your vacuum and other stuff too.

 

impulse sensor?? where is this located, whats it do, and how much does it cost??

 

anybody at all had this problem and know what fixed it? i need a little information. never heard of impulse sensor. i have had this problem for about 2 weeks now and it really sucks. i have gotten my vacuum back to normal but i am still getting the epc light a couple times a day and have to turn the car off and restart it so that i can accelerate again and it always seems to happen at the worst times so someone please give me some input here.
