forge diverter.. no sound??

Default forge diverter.. no sound??
ok so i just installed the forge diverter valve splitter and it doesnt make any "whoosh" as people are describing. why?? did i do something wrong? if u can explain the setup in detail.. please do. thanks

probly have it in backwards, or u didnt grease it also make sure u dont have it cranked down too tight if your not producing enough boost for it to open, then it wont make any noises

its really not that audiable on stock boost levels. My brothers passat you cant hear it unless you have the windows down and listen for it. Get it chipped and you will hear it well, and more with a intake

yea i have a CAI but im not chipped. all im hearing rite now is a lil clatter and even sometimes when i start up the car too.

the clatter is normal, you just need to tighten it up until the clatter is gone....
