Fuel consumption
 

My A4, 2000, 1.9 TDi, AJM/EZP does only 9km p/ltr in town running and 13km p/ltr long distance .
I have checked the engine and have done all the repairs necessary. eg. V belt with all the pensioners, EGR system, ect. ect. My mechanic says nothing more is necessary. As per the manual i should get 11km and 16.5 km .
Any body has any idea what else I should check:
