Default Gauges & lights

I just looked at a 99 A4 1.8T quattro, manual trans.(Wow, what a long title). It runs great, shifts great, the clutch feels good and looks good inside and out. But.........the SES light is on, P0441 & P1250, an Evap. code. Also, the ABS lightis on and the red brake light is flashing. The air bag light is also on, I don't have the right software for my OTC scan tool for the ABS or the SIR. Also, the fuel gauge reads empty even after putting some fuel in it, and the coolant temp. gauge stays all the way cold. I am an ASE cert. tech., and have worked on these cars before and will do all the work on this one. If I but it Monday Any help would be great.

Thanks
Bill
