could i pick up a steering wheel off a 98 and put it on my car or no?

 

I have no idea what that would even entail. Be WICKED careful whatever you do, if you jack up your airbag taking a steerlingwheel on or off it costs a fortune to replace

 

the air bag and steering wheel are easily removed. There's a DIY for cleaning the blinker / headlight switch that shows what tools are needed. IIRC a large torx is needed to remove the steering wheel bolt.
