It was my evap valve!! Thanks everyone!

Changed it and it is all good now! Very easy to do. I agree, buy new hell with cleaning it.

I changed the canister. Is it suppose to tick when the car is on?

Yes, the evap purge valve will click when the car is on.

I re-fueld my car with no issues finally and the CEL turned off by itself for only two days, but now it turned on again. I have to scan my car to fine out what happen.

Got my new evap purge valve from the local Audi dealer/service center for 20 bucks.

Anyone have any tips for DIY replacing?

Its causing a "large fuel system leak" error code, but no leaks found. Very very hard to start after refuel and will run really rough for about a minute. Check engine light still on.
