headlight washer cap

so i bought the car and the passenger side one was missing, i ordered one from ecs tuning and it arrived today. I painted it and when i went to put it on i noticed one of the little mounts inside the bumper was broken, so now i dont know how i am going to mount it.

does anybody have any ideas or had to go through this themselves?

You could disconnect the pump for the headlight washers and just glue them on there.

Thats what I did on my 97. If you must have working headlight washers, it sounds like you're going to have to buy a whole new sprayer assembly

Sell your washer caps and fiberglass over the holes and make it CLEAN!

Pull off the front bumper, undo the 2 bolts holding on the sprayer and remove the hose clamp, bolt in the new sprayer assembly, and attach the hose using a new hose clamp. Install front bumper, waste half a gallon of fluid when you wash your headlights :D.

Send me a PM if you need a sprayer assembly. I've got one sitting around that I'll let go for cheap.

get sprayers form the junkyard, alot of a4 have busted front bumpers anyways and you maybe able to salvage a sprayer or 2.

I've never seen a single A4 in a yard... for that fact I've only seen 2 Audis period in yards! I'm selling both my washers next month used too I can sell the caps possibly too!
