Lightbulb headlights..halo ring(angel eyes)

i have bought for my 2000 A4 new Twin Halo Projector Headlights(Black) i love them how they look and everything else but the only bad thing is that halo rings(angel eyes) are not visible at the day time. the thing is that each halo ring has 4 194 bulbs. i have bought the brighter ones but still it is barely visible. if anyone have made them visible at day time please let me know how you did or what kind of bulbs did you use to do that i have the link too so you can take a look how they look to make sure they are the same ones you have. thank in advance who will help me!!

in order for them to be visible they have to emit more light then there is in the general area. when its sunny out even headlights/high beams arent very bright in comparison. unless you want to wire in some custom high wattage LEDs theres nothing you can do about it.
