Default Help?

Alright I'm copying and pasting from my Vortex post, figured I needed to Join a Audi Forum to get proper help!

"Alright guys/gals I picked up a 1999 A4 1.8t Q-Tip over a month ago 122k with paperwork for everything on the car and that has been done with it since it was bought new. Ever since I got it it would buck and make noise like a CV, I went ahead and replaced both front CV's, still would do it, replaced all control arms and Tie-Rods with S4 HD one's, still did does it. Replaced suspension with S4 suspension, still did it. Got an alignment, still does it. No Codes, checked all the Diffs, flushed them and put new OEM gear oil. Had the transmission checked out by a Audi tech and everything is in spec. Somehow the car acts normal whenever it's in the hands of a tech. All the mounts look good, front snub is a little rough but with my last b5 I had I know what it feels like to have a bad snub mount. I checked all hoses, found the diverter valve vaccum line was bad and not allow the DV to vent back into the intake. I put a new one on and it still is bucking hard and sounding bad. For ****s and giggles I put on a Forge 004 BOV I had laying around, car runs better, boost stronger*it seems* but still bucks hard.

What it sounds like is a clunking sound apron light acceleration and deceleration. Really bad when your at low speeds and turning, but the weird thing is it doesn't do it until the car is warm?!? I'm at a complete loss and if this car wasn't so Damn nice I would of just put a rag in the gas tank and set it on fire it has me so pissed!

Sorry for the bad grammar and run on sentences. . . long day, I'm at work and tons of coffee lol But any help would be awesome!
"

Some updates are I replaced another bad CV on the passenger side. Installed new Poly Snub Mount, got another alignment. Ordered the Sturn Power Ring, I'm just at a complete loss, sometimes it drives so normal that it's frustrating, other times when I hit the brakes it sounds like the front Diff is going. Thinking maybe motor/trans mounts?

How long has it been since you scanned the car? When my MAF when bad my car bucked and misfired like crazy but didn't throw a code right away. Try unplugging the MAF and see if it runs a little better.

Lol not a bad habit, I do mine pretty regularly as well. Part of the reason I ask is that you said it ran a little bit better with a BOV as opposed to your DV. Theoretically it should run WORSE with a BOV, unless your MAF is bad and it's running lean and bucking/misfiring. If it runs better with the MAF unplugged that's prolly (part of) the problem

I unplugged the MAF and it won't start without a lil help from the throttle, and then it just dies. Installed the MAF again and switched back to a brand new OEM DV and it still does it. I installed a boost gauge and it won't boost past 4psi some times pings at 5 under full throttle. So maybe it has a boost leak, or leak with the nylon hose that came with the gauge? I don't get any misfire codes at all?!
