I have a 99 a4 1.8t quattro. Had turbo replace 7000 miles ago and now only getting. 2 psi of boost car smokes bad white smoke and smells sweet. Lose of power when excellerating every now and then whats the problem?????

Coolant tank is fuel and changed the oil just now and oil came out a little reddish and a little watery. Car doesnt overheat and yesterday i drove about 40 miles after the car was warmed up and no overheating
