what happed to the last one? If you are replacing the tensioner, you should do the whole timing belt. But you can get what you need from ecstuning.com or deiselgeek.com

The chain only goes between the cams and around the cam chain tensioner, that never really has to be replaced un-less a major failure has occured.
The belt is what you need, another good site is www.purems.com

Why do you need a new one again? Does your engine sound kinda like a diesel or something? Thats the most common complaint when the hydraulic cam chain tensioner goes out.

i have no clue what happen to it. its does make a loud sound, like a sound when you were a kid and you stuck a bassball card in your bike spokes to make it sound like a motorcycle. i did find a site that sells the tensioner but they have 3 different ones. i have no clue which one to buy. there one for like hundred and something buck, one for3 hundred something bucks and one for 6 hundred bucks. i can give you the link to check it out...its on top

It depends on if your tensioner has an electrical connector or not. If you have an electrical connector, you can use either the L or K versions, the L versions are harder to come by, although cheaper, they aren't as reliable.
