Default Help with radiator differences

I recently got a replacement radiator for my crashed 97 A4. The replacement has 2 more holes on the backside than my old radiator did. Can anyone tell me what these two new holes are for or a pic from their car?

Well I think I got a auto radiator. Can I just leave those holes open? Or cover them probably to keep dirt out

Yea a lot of brands do that. The only replacement is for the auto trans cause if you don't use it, who cares? Don't even need to plug 'em up. It's a passage that's completely sealed off from the coolant.
