Default How to remove the small lower trim pieces from the rear wheel well area??

Does anyone maybe have a picture showing the backside of that small trim piece to show how its attached? I have a picture of the back of an S4 one, but they attach differently. I am told the a4 rear one has a stud, but thats all I know. I can wiggle it but it doesn't seem to want to come off, so i was wondering how to get the darn thing off.

wow thats awesome news! thanks! how did you find that out if you dont mind my asking?

also are you saying it just slides out towards the wheelwell after the rivet is drilled? I take it the rivet is hiding behind the wheel liner or is it in plain site? thanks!

well if you feel like hacking it and want to PM me the image than you'll hear no arguments from me lol I was looking at the S4 Bently Diagram but the two end pieces look slightly different so i wanted to make sure there were no hidden surprises. Thanks again!
