Default Low Oil Pressure - Help solve my headaches once and for all?

Here is a background of my car, from the day I bought it.
2000 A4 1.8tqm w/ K04 and GIAC J31/FMIC/crushed 4 bar FPR/Borla Exhaust (and I don't believe it has a cat on it)
First thing is that there was a "breather" filter off the valve cover.. I looked at it, it appears to have been an atmospheric dump connected to the crankcase breather and valve cover, with the spot that it owuld attach to TIP just plugged. Not sure if this would effect any of my issues, but everything I have read says it would not.

Then.
Low oil pressure - did deisel treatment method - it came up.
Did timingbelt/waterpump job myself - no issues.
It has had a minor tick ever since I have owned it, nothing that concerned me too much.

Had some running issues recently (not boosting right, running rough)-
JUST re-connected the N75 parrelel with a MBC and changed ignition coils.

FINALLY, all was good and dandy, besides a flutter when I let off the throttle(even when not boosting :/) that I had assumed was the DV and was going to look at (AGAIN...) tonight after work

This morning, I hop on the highway on my way to work, ding ding ding... Low oil pressure (I have AutoRX en route to my house too!)
Lucky for me my girlfriend was traveling the same way and could give me a ride.. meanwhile my car sits at a random gas station..

I get to work (late) and tell one of my coworkers about it, and he tells me yesterday when I left, there was thick black smoke coming out of my exhaust for a breif moment when I accelerated?..

I have owned this car about 2 months now, and it has been a nonstop headache and cause of stress since the day I bought it.. just from troubleshooting all of the issues..

I know the Oil pressure people are going to say do the pickup tube, which I do not have means to do at my apartment (Which is why I did deisel thing last time). Black smoke, I am clueless. Flutter, clueless, I have changed the DV, reserviced the new one, changed the vacuum line, installed it in reverse, nothing changes it...

Bottom line, I am sick of the stress this car has caused me, and it either needs to be fixed for good, or as much as I love my audi, it needs to go. I need a realiable vehicle for my 70 mile daily commute to work.

Can anyone shed any light on ANY of these problems?
What's the smoke? Easy way to change oil pickup tube? The flutter?

And how much would the stealership charge me for doing the oil pickup tube, and checking for related engine damage?

Thank you. This needs to go away

its possible the diesel treatment caused your low oil pressure warning. sometimes it knocks off pieces of sludge that in turn get sucked up by the pick up tube, or get caught in the oil passageways. how many miles are on the vehicle?

113k. The deisel treatment brought it back up for about 1k miles.

The stealership near me wants $700 to replace the pick up tube.. And I don't have any means to do it at my apartment..
