Question Maf vs Mafless

I already paid for the UNI 630cc tune so now im just trying to decide between the maf'd file or the mafless. Does anyone know or have experience with the two? pros and cons? any difference between the two?
thanks

what turbo are you running? anyway, im getting a mafless tune here real soon, itll let you run a BOV, and most big turbo setups wont allow for a maf sensor anyway. my intake is 4"

ill be running the gt2871r elim. I like the thought of not having to buy the maf housing and if i decide to, i can delete the pcv and make a better intake.

your MAP is better than your MAF in my opinion. i dont even have a MAFless tune and ive havent had a MAF since ive owned the car, never any idling problems or anything

I believe on our cars the MAP only reads boost pressure for saftey purposes which isn't the same purpose that the MAF serves. I believe it would be the primary o2 sensor that would do the same job as the MAF on the DBW cars since we have a wideband o2 sensor.

I don't know how you guys run MAFless. I've had two MAFs die, and my car runs like absolute *** if it doesn't have a MAF connected.

A Mafless file tunes out the maf completely. It's nothing like just unplugging the maf on a normal car. And the map sensor is fine in conjunction with the wideband o2. They actually work way better than the dbc cars.
