I have a 98 A4 the previous owner installed a GIAC chip and a forge DV, it makes up to 14lbs of boost but when it peaks the boost jumps between 12 and 14lbs and you can feel the power surge inside the car. I'm guessing that it's not getting enough fuel because it only does it at wide open throttle. Spark plugs are new and gaped to .028. I'm not sure what to do, i really don't have a lot of money to hang parts trying to figure out the problem.
