Pretty happy of that fact other than the car has some gremlins.
#1 The radio is in safe mode? I guess I need a code to get it out and do not know where to get it?
#2 The seats seem to be lacking power. They will not heat nor move and are the electric model?
#3 The heating system works but the LCD lights are out and I was wondering where if possible to get a new one.

I am sure I will have many more questions. I am excited about the car. It runs good and has no rust. I am pretty mechanical and rebuild VW vanagons as a hobbie.

Thanks in advance. I appreciate any and all help.

For the radio, first check if you have an owner's manual, and if so, check for the radio code on a slip of paper. Otherwise, I'd imagine visiting the Audi dealer might be the next step.

The seat circuits are fused, so you'll need a schematic to tell you which ones, and location. You can buy a CD version of a maintenance manual on Ebay pretty cheap. I did that for my B6 (2005 A4) and Touareg, but have only a partial schematic for the B5 which didn't include seats.

The lights for the HVAC are the typical 1.2W instrument bulbs, and there are four of them from what I remember. The wood bezel doesn't just pull off, there are screws accessible after the radio is removed, from what I remember. The stock radio has two slots in the plastic face, which allows thin, flat tools to push and release the spring catches. You can make these by hammering flat some coat hanger wire.

Default Lights on Climate Control

Was wondering if you figured this out, my lights can be seen if you press on the screen, I have read how to take these apart, but not sure if that procedure applies in this case. I am searching a replacement on EBay, I live close to you in Orange too!

Regarding #3, of OP, I had the same problem with my 1996 A4 B5 heating system control panel - no lights/display. The following post tells how to fix it:

Be aware the 96 takes a very specific HVAC controller. No matter what the seller says a 97 and up HVAC controller will not work.

Heres the link to the discussion on controller models that will work.
