Default New problem with P0171 code

Okay guys I received this code a couple weeks back and I changed the vacuum leaks, cleaned the MAF, and swapped out a bad 02 sensor. The code went away then magically appeared again. Same code but now, car has lost a ton of acceleration, has bad fuel consumption, and now leaks oil around the manifold. Oh and the dipstick is drenched in oil and abnormal amount. What could this be? Any help would be appreciated thanks

it could be that one vac line that goes over you manifold could be clogged and making your seals on your valve cover(s) bad

I had it diagnosed by a local place and they found two bad vacuum leaks and they fixed them. They did a smoke test too.
