Hey CN

that would be fantastic, at the moment the car does have an aftermarket radio and i heard stories of it shorting testing units out. Something of the K line or another. so i just wanted to warn you first. not sure who or how it was hooked up, i'm still getting used to Audi so i may have interpreted it wrong. I will definitively hit you up very shortly and head that way.

Thanks a lot.

I was lucky and didn't have an issue with the K-line after installing my aftermarket head unit, you might also be lucky. It's a simple test to perform though, just follow the link I listed in post #3 :)

Metal,

Whale cum. You have a b5 a4. Not an a4/5. I would say loss of power might very well be maf along with the start up issue but can't say 100% till you pull the codes.

Hey Turbo
When i said A4/5 i meant A4-5 speed. sorry must still be used to the other euros such as saying E36/5 meaning E36 chassis BMW 5 speed. my fault.

i did end up getting a P0137(the O2 oxygen sensor's voltage low)
and a P1136 (Long Term Fuel Trim Add.Fuel,Bank1 System too Lean)
I reset it with no further issues after roughly 4 hours.
