Default (O) just won't go away!

I got all my warnings to go away in the drivers information display except the brake pad warning. I pulled the front wheels off, inspected the plugs, made sure there was voltage on the car side, cleaned the plugs, made sure there was NO voltage on the pad side of the plug and still the (O) won't go away! Anyone had this problem before? Am I just not doing something I should? fuses are all fine, pads are o.k too. Thoughts? Anyone have similar problem?

Mine does it occasionally. We fixed one at the shop but I can't remember what fixed it.

The built in sensor in the pads could be messed up.

ABS module just rebuilt by Module Masters last week. If the sensor in the pad is faulty, then it should have completed a circuit, I don't have any voltage from either wire of the pad. I checked with the car running.

Thanks for the input!

if you cut the wires at the pads and splice them together, it tricks the computer to think you have tons of pad life lol. check the voltage at the harness in the wheel well and the harness in the engine bay.

Brakepad warning

Brake system warning (possible low fluid)

Which one are you getting?

Test the continuity of the sensor through itself, the pad, and through the rotor when brake is depressed. This will tell you if you have a bad sensor.
