Default o2 sensor quick help needed

ok im putting in my cat delete test pipe i just got in the mail today (happy v day to me haha) and i noticed this when i started...

this isnt supposed to be this color is it lol

Nope, they're usually carboned up.

so snow white would mean.... too much heat? maybe it was just replaced?? cuz when i took the wrench to it, it loosened up faily easy... matter of fact all the bolts on the cat did... im thinking the cat was replaced recently? or maybe if im lucky the previous owner replaced the turbo and thats why the bolts are loose cuz they replaced the rest of the stuff with it hahahaha

white usually indicates oil burning. not unusual for how old these cars are
