Hi

I have a 99 Audi A4 2.4, recently i've been having this issue where when i drive it to a short destination ~15mins, and try to start it, it doesn't start. The lights on the dashboard light up and the engine turns over, but there doesn't seem to be an ignition. After a while of trying to start it, it will eventually start like there wasn't a issue in the first place.

The problem only occurs when leaving a destination and never on cold starts. Also i've noticed that the idling speed is a bit slower than usual at about 750rpm instead of 800rpm.

Has anyone had a similar situation or know the issue?
