Default Oil Pan

My oil pan is leaking. I think this is because all of the bolts that hold the pan are loose, they keep on spinning without any tension. Are the bolts stripped or the threads in the hole? do I need to replace the upper oil pan or is there some other approach to resolve this? I'm not sure how to approach this and any help would be great.

Its just aluminum. They take like 10 ft lbs. I'm sure they are stripped pretty good

i would focus on the stripped threads. it may or may not be the bolts, it could be the block. get that fixed then work on the oil leak. the upper oil pan usually doesn't need to be fixed but you'll find that you can seem to trace down a huge oil leak when it does decide to leak on you
