Default Overheating?

I own an 1999 Audi Quattro A4. During the hot days, the water temperature gauge gets 230 F (110 C) and the oil temperature gauge shows 250 F (120 C). The warning lights don't blind. Is it correct? It seems that it was lower temperature values some days ago. I observed when the engine is turned off, the radiator fan doesn't work At what temperature is it supposed to be started?

Please let me know your comments.
Thank you, best regards.

I think it's 210 F but I'm not sure. There's definitely something not right here. Check to see if there's a fuse for your fan and also check if there's some mind of blockage in the radiator face that doesn't allow air to flow through it. Also, I hope you meant "on" because the radiator fan won't click on if the engine is "off."

Default Overheating!

Somebody told me that the radiator fan was actuated by a thermal switch into the cooling, even if the engine is "off"?
