performance-cafe??? WTF!!!!

Ive ordered a brake kit from them almost two weeks ago and still nothing.... i called them and it rings and rings until going to the mail box and saying that its full and you need to hang up...

WTF... i cant even drive my car right now and their takin sooo long...

any1 have any experience with them?

oem brake kit ( rotors and brake pads) and a gallon of g12 coolant

Never heard of them either, I'm going to google it.

Lesson learned here for all of us... Maybe the Mods should warn the masses?

ive heard of them before.. my mechanic warned me when i was getting new rear brakes not to order from them online only cause hes seen tons of vw and other audi guys come in with rotors from them, and they were just junk quality.. i havnt heard of any ordering issues though, just quality of product..

the ceo of the business posts on the vwvortex forums...

their website says shippin within 6 business dayz and its been almost double that... what worries me isnt that their not answerin my calls and they have a letter grade of F by BBB

Did you pay with PayPal? If so, you can start filing a claim.

Try contacting them from Vortex as (I believe) they are a sponsor there.

i actually got to talk to someone today... he gave me a story about waiting for the palette that came with a whole lot of brake kits... i will wait and see... sucks that i have to wait all this time when shipping was 55 bucks and i prob wont get it for another week or 2

I dunno, I kinda try to stay away from those places like Andy's Auto Sport or Parts Train. The bulk, "we've got everything for anything" warehouses. Usually low quality and poor service. Thats if you get the right part.
