alright so i got my car up and running but now i have a check engine light.

could this be caused by a broken plastic hose that connects to the back of the driver side valve cover right above the cam position sensor?

and where can i get this hose?

any info is appreciated.

 

That's the PCV breather hose. It's possible but I don't recall seeing anyone posting about a CEL being fixed by repairing that hose. What code(s) are you throwing? That'll help a lot. And that hose is about $90 through any of our forum sponsors. Just wrap the he'll out of it with electrical tape. Most of us have fixed them that way.
