Default Please HELP me locate the coolant release tube

so i have taken out the drive side light, the bottom bellypan and the plastic cover around the drive tire, i can not seem to locate the coolant release tube, the only thing there is the gray tube which leads to the headlight washer line other than that i really cant see where the "red" + screw is to release the coolant

please let me know asap

Thanks

No all factory ones have it on our cars, not all radiators have it. For instance Ive seen a number of cheap replacement ones come with out drain plugs. If he cant find one then I would suspect the radiator was replaced, hopefully not because of an accident he didnt know about.
