Power Steering Pump ASAP

Default Power Steering Pump ASAP
My power steering pump went this morning.

I sourced out a used one from a fellow af member

Anyone know if any 2.8 (pre facelift) pump will fit my 12v

Ive been searching for hours now

From what I recall from being in there I think 30v and 12v pumps can interchange. S4 does not look compatible. Compare part numbers for 12v and 30v on ECS' website - if they're the same they're interchangeable.

i did that already mine ends in 6xkt the 97 98 is 6fxkt

but i know ecs does stupid crap like the cam seal issue with joeys car

True enough. ****. Wouldn't surprise me if the actual part is the same and catalogged differently. There didn't happen to be a price difference did there?

it was almost a hundred cheaper for the 30v so I'm thinking its not the same

is to pump leaking or does it not work anymore? you could buy a seal kit for it if its only leaking.
