I just went to Autozone and the code that was pulled was "P1175- Electronic Throttle System #2 Close Malfunction." Could anyone tell me possible causes/ what I can do to fix it? Thanks.

not 100% sure if it will pop up a code but maybe your throttle body is not aligned correctly???
if it is this try turning the ignition on your car w/o turning it on leave it on like that for like 5 mins. you will hear like a quiet lil whine then turn it on see if it runs better?
again not 100% sure just a suggestion...

 

yeap your throttle body lost the alignement the only way to do it you need shop scanner
