Default RADIO DOES NOT WORK ON A4 [obd2 also now does not work]!!! help please!!!

98 a4 v6 (B5)
i was straighting out pins for the cd changer connector with a screwdriver and i saw a small spark (my car was off). and now my whole radio system does not work. i checked the fuses in the main fuse box, and they all appear to be good. anyone have a clue??? before i take it into the stealership T_T

[edit 6/8/08]
i didnt think the wires were live... the engine was off, next time i know. now i need to figure out how to remove the radio w/o the tool because no one has it. does anyone know how?

P.S. my OBD2 port does not work after this incident, anyone know what it is?

there is a 5 amp fuse on the back of the radio, you could try that. Chances are though you burnt a circuit inside the radio.

Check the fuse behind it and then id unplug the main fuse for a couple hours and plug it back in. That fixed mine.

And sorry i dont wanna steal your thread but can someone tell me if they cant start a new thread too mine just says not available or connection closed by remote server.

They are like flat metal things with hooks on the end, you could try and make one. Search google, most people just buy the keys online though they arent too expensive.
