Default Rear Front upper link

Today I took my audi a4 to a dealer and he told me there is a "play in the rear front upper link on drivers side" and said it needs immediate attention. He asked for $105 labor + $155 parts and also told me i need to get my brake fluid flushed for $90.
Im wondering if it really needs immediate attention.
I also want to know what part is the dealer exactly talking about so I can look up for the part online.

in the front end at the top, there are 2 control arms. he's talking about the back one. grab it with your hands and see if you can twist it easily, if so it needs attention. check the other ones too, they're probably on their way out, i'd get a whole front end kit. meyle brand is recommended. the brake fluid is not too big of a deal, get that done by an independent mechanic for cheaper.
