If you know what you're doing, this car shouldn't be a problem. But not knowing what you're doing, going into it, this project would be more trouble than it's worth. I say move on.

I should have worded the orignal post different lol. But, I talked to the guy and it's the FAN clutch and fans that it needs. I was like Clutch fan?? The ****... But those are simple straight to the point jobs, only thing im concerned with is the Mileage issue. Does that even happen? And is it repairable somehow?

There's not really such thing as a mileage glitch... mileage is stored on an EEPROM that is soldered to the cluster circuit board. Well, I suppose mileage could be erased under very odd conditions, but chances are the cluster would be damaged under those conditions.
It is possible to remove the EEPROM and reset the mileage (I've done this before). Another possibility is they replaced the instrument cluster.

Replacing the fan clutch and fan impeller is easy. And another option for you, is to put in an electric fan and just not run the stock fan (this is what I did).
