Default Reset ECU

Is resetting the ecu just unplugging it?

You can undo the battery negative to put the ECU into reset. Let it sit half an hour or so, and when you hook it back up, before you start the engine, just turn the key to full electrical power and let it sit. You will hear a humming from the engine - that's the throttle body doing a self-alignment (let it do this or the car may run like crap).

Side note - any windows that have one-touch operation will have to be reprogrammed. If you have one-touch down, hold the button down to open the window "manually" all the way. When it hits bottom, release the button and then quickly tap and release it. Now the one-touch down operation is programmed. Do this for any window with one-touch down. Do the same for one-touch up operation - hold the button up, and when the window is fully closed, release, then lift and release the button again quickly.
