It has been a while since I have been on.. Hope everyone is doing well...


I found a site somewhere about a plug to bypass the Seconday air pump. I read on audi forums that you can loop a 750ohm resister to trick the ECU.. Didn't know if anyone here knows anything about this. I have been off all the forums for a while now, don't know if the same people use this form or not. I have been unregistered on the BT site and it will take a while to get back on.

If any one has any input it would be a great help...

I believe the company selling the kit was called 20Square - it was a blockoff plate and a resistor for maybe $20. Apparently it's a successful SAP delete kit, but you'll still log an incorrect airflow code which will fail you for emissions (if that applies to you).

I like the info in that link, I'd definitely be interested in completely eliminating the SAP and still being able to pass emissions. That thing has given me hell since I got my car in May, I personally think it'd be worth it to tweak the ECU and just take the whole system out and call it good.
